We carry out discreet investigations to find out the circumstances surrounding an accident with the aim of discovering the negligent party. We also confirm beyond reasonable doubts whether the alleged accident really occurred on the said date. This is done by visiting the police station under whose jurisdiction the scene of the accident falls, visiting the alleged scene of the accident, interviewing and recording statements from eye witnesses of the accident including the insured's driver. We also find out whether the use of the insured motor vehicle as at the time of the accident was insured i.e. is within the policy schedule or not. We are further determined to find out among other issues, the experience of both the drivers, the details of the injured persons and the extent of their injuries.

GENERAL INVESTIGATION: We offer services to help insurance companies identify and prove fraudulent claims by providing hard evidence of dishonesty or deception. With years of experience, we ensure that claims are thoroughly vetted to avoid costly payouts for false claims. Services include gathering evidence and providing expert witnesses if needed, all while maintaining a strong reputation for handling complex fraud cases.
BACKGROUND CHECK: we run a check on organizations that you are to enter into business with, be it their directorship, financial position, asset base, their other dealings, etc. We give you a competitive advantage by knowing the other person better and also minimize your risks. We also run a check on individuals; say employees, suppliers, agents, distributors, and etc. Without emphasizing, the cost of having a dishonest, incompetent or unqualified employee it may be too prohibitive
TRACING: We locate the registered owner of Third party motor vehicles and their assets upon which we-provide comprehensive report together with official search certificates from registrar of motor Vehicles and other Governmental source institutions. We also find out among other issues, the financial status of the third party motor vehicle owner and advice the insurers on the possible mode of recovery of their outlay thereof. There after we are able to move and serve the third party with the summons if instructed as we are licensed high Court Process Servers. Tracing is carried out where the insurers are required to practice subrogation as a basic principle of insurance.
PROCESS SERVICE: refers to the act of serving summons, notifications, and other relevant documents to people who are caught up in court matters. It involves delivering the necessary paperwork to the concerned individuals. The principal job is to deliver or “serve” legal documents to a defendant or person involved in a court case.First we do the Tracing of the defendants before serving them notice papers to establish their current residence and maternal home, including place of work or business location. Our Process servers have extensive knowledge of laws and the legal system which enables them to deliver notifications as per the proper process serving procedures.
